Is someone living in your basement? Perhaps someone you potty trained? Your not alone: For the first time in more than 130 years adults who are 18 to 34 are more likely to be living with their parents than a spouse or partner.

The millennials are on the couch or in their old bedrooms working at the best job they can find. How do you right size when your son is still living in his bedroom?

Housing trends also make it harder on mellennials. National Association of home builders surveys show that less than 20 percent of newly constructed homes are entry-level properties.
