Summer Safety Tips for Seniors

  1. Drink plenty of fluids. Aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day.
  2. Turn on your Air conditioning: Air conditioning is important when it is hot and humid outside.
  3. Be and early bird or a night owl: The sun is strongest between 10am and 4pm.
