Celebrate 40 Years at The Cedars with a Classic Car Show
There’s something about a classic car that brings people together.
On May 21, we’re marking a big milestone—40 years of The Cedars of Austin—with an afternoon that feels more like a community gathering than an event. And it all centers around a Classic Car Show right here in the Millpond Parking Lot.
From 4:00–6:00 pm, you’ll be able to walk through rows of classic cars, take your time looking under the hood, and talk with the people who brought them out. Whether you know cars inside and out or just enjoy the nostalgia, it’s an easy way to spend the afternoon.
There will be live music, food, and plenty of conversation. You’ll also have the chance to vote for your favorite car—always a highlight.
We’re grateful to River Rat’s Car Club for helping make this part of the celebration possible.
This event also connects to something bigger. We’ll be sharing more about the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and there will be an opportunity to contribute if you’d like. Proceeds from free will donations will go toward The Cedars’ Walk team.
Most importantly, this is a chance to step onto our campus, meet people, and see what makes this place what it is after 40 years—care, compassion, and connection, lived out every day.
