Recently, two residents were recognized through The Cedars Friends & Family Referral Program. Bev Severson referred a good friend to become part of The Cedars family, while Brenda Wagen referred her father after seeing firsthand the positive experience her brother-in-law has had as a resident.
As a thank-you, both Bev and Brenda received a $1,000 Friends & Family Referral reward for helping someone they care about discover a place they now call home.
Sometimes the best recommendation comes from someone who already knows what life here is really like.

That's why The Cedars offers the Friends & Family Referral Program. When a current or former resident, family member, or friend refers someone who moves into The Cedars, both people benefit. The person making the referral receives a $1,000 referral reward, and the new resident receives a $1,000 rent credit or cash toward their first month's rent.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
