Navigating Essential Documents & More: Free Educational Seminar at The Cedars

Planning ahead isn’t always about making big decisions. Sometimes it’s simply making sure the right documents are in place so your wishes are clear and the people you trust have the information and authority they need when the time comes.

On Wednesday, September 23, The Cedars of Austin will host Navigating Essential Documents & More, a free educational seminar presented by Attorney Emily Toland of Adams, Rizzi & Sween P.A.

Understanding the documents that matter
Powers of attorney, health care directives, probate and long-term care planning can be easy to put off, especially when there isn’t an immediate need. But understanding these topics ahead of time can make future decisions easier for you and your family.

During the seminar, Emily will discuss what these documents are, why they’re important and some of the considerations to keep in mind as you plan for the future.

Whether you’re reviewing documents you already have, wondering if something needs to be updated or simply trying to understand where to begin, this seminar is an opportunity to learn more and ask questions.
